Description

3 Times Square, also known as the Thomson Reuters Building, is a state-of-the-art skyscraper built for Reuters. The Fox & Fowle Architects-designed tower opened in 2001 with views overlooking Times Square and the Hudson River. With floor plates ranging from 28,000 square feet to 35,000 square feet, spaces are column-free and offer generous ceiling heights. The façade also features elaborate electronic signage in keeping with the Times Square aesthetic.
